On my visit to this opticians I felt very confident with treatment and advice given, would recommend this optician and will be going back when my next eye test is due

Very competent and friendly

Fantastic opticians. The eye tests are very thorough and the advice on the latest eyewear tech is second to none. The miyosmart lenses recommended for my daughter have made a real difference — her prescription has barely changed since. The whole team are friendly and professional, and they make every visit enjoyable for my daughters. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Updated review. 28th January 2026. Today was my two year check up. As always the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Patel was excellent with the eye test and explaining everything. Once again excellent service 7th May. It was just a small issue with my glasses, but as always were well treated and looked after my staff. Can never fault the service or the politeness of the staff Dr Patel and his staff are brilliant. They handled my cancelled booking with care. Thank you Mary The eye test is throughly done by Dr Patel. Have I been attending for a few years now. I like that I can see my previous visits results and compare with this latest eye tests. I like that you get a text reminder the day before your appointment. Would fully recommend for eye tests

I have been attending this Optician for several years now and find their service efficient, helpful and friendly and I'm always satisfied with the glasses, and their help to find the right frames for me.

I have seen Nish at Orpington Eye Care for over 5 years. The customer service is exemplary, from start to finish. The front desk is friendly and the customer is treated as an individual, and not like being on a conveyor belt. My new specs were expensive but are supremely comfortable, if a bit more than I planned to spend. Eye test is thorough and professionally carried out. Nish is my go to optician. Thanks to all OEC.
