Was given a very quick appointment, no months/weeks waiting. On arrival all Covid safe, hand sanitizers available, and I was wearing a mask as requested. Was seen on time, and consultation was very thorough and professional. My condition was explained to me in language I could understand, and referral for further investigation and treatment was made. Very happy with the whole experience , which was professional but also friendly and put my mind at ease.

I was there with an appointment, no waiting, the receptionist was very friendly and the optician was pleasant, quick to find the cause of my eye problem and referred me for eye surgery all in a few minutes.

The best optician and new glasses experience I have ever had. Very professional all the way through the process. Excellent advice regarding choice of frames and lens type resulting in a very great pair of glasses even tho I have a complex prescription. Because of my prescription new glasses can be a bit disappointing but not these, they are superb. Thank you!

Mr Patel gave me a thorough examination, and i was able to discuss any problems i had with him. He is a good optician and very kind.

Very welcoming and professional service. Good experience during my visits. I needed new lenses in my existing frames. First attempt did not work but 2nd set were spot on. Had to wait 4 weeks to get my glasses finally upgraded with new lenses but I was fortunate to have a 2nd pair. Despite this minor set back, I would definitely recommend this optician for their expertise and courtesy. I was a new customer and, for any future visits, I expect that they will know my requirements and provide perfect lenses first time around. No hesitation in returning in the future.

My 7 year old Son has been to quite a few opticians already but I have to say he felt so comfortable and happy here, he looks forward to coming for his eye tests and to see his eye doctor! Lovely place and lovely people.
