I have seen Nish at Orpington Eye Care for over 5 years. The customer service is exemplary, from start to finish. The front desk is friendly and the customer is treated as an individual, and not like being on a conveyor belt. My new specs were expensive but are supremely comfortable, if a bit more than I planned to spend. Eye test is thorough and professionally carried out. Nish is my go to optician. Thanks to all OEC. Took my 3 year old son for a check up as other opticians wouldn’t see him as he’s too young. He was made to feel at ease and treated super nice while doing the test. My son came out happy and enjoy the visit and everything went great.

Absolutely brilliant service. I really wish I'd got the optician's name-he was so quick and efficient. He saw me as an emergency case during Lockdown and I can't tell you how grateful I am, I could hardly see out of my old glasses! My 7 year old Son has been to quite a few opticians already but I have to say he felt so comfortable and happy here, he looks forward to coming for his eye tests and to see his eye doctor! Lovely place and lovely people.

Another well organised appointment by Orpington Eyecare with friendly and engaging staff saw the delivery and fitting of 2 out of 3 glasses recently ordered. The 3rd pair didn’t pass their quality control due to a chip on one of the lenses provided by the manufacturer - so it was sent back for replacement which I am due to receive in the next week or so. This is how customer service should be 🙂👍

Lovely practice with superb professional Optician and Staff to support. I really love the personal touch of the practice eg they know who all the clients are and by name, other chains do not have that. And because they are independent, their treatment offerings are quick different too. You never feel rushed either. I would recommend to any one and wouldn’t go back to a chain again. I’ve been customer for over 3 years now
