Lovely practice with superb professional Optician and Staff to support. I really love the personal touch of the practice eg they know who all the clients are and by name, other chains do not have that. And because they are independent, their treatment offerings are quick different too. You never feel rushed either. I would recommend to any one and wouldn’t go back to a chain again. I’ve been customer for over 3 years now

Very good practice. As an Optician I found Mr Patel very professional and felt that he cared about my concerns answering my questions during the eye test. I also have to say that I am quite surprised at the quality of the lenses compared to my previous ones. My old glasses were always getting smeared and I kept on cleaning them but this doesn’t happen with my new equipment! Way better quality than my previous Optician.

Excellent experience and very customer oriented optician . Both my son and I got new pair of glasses and we received our glasses them very quickly. More importantly Nishit was brilliant , answered all our questions and very thorough, spend more time than usual explaining everything . Absolutely brilliant service. I really wish I'd got the optician's name-he was so quick and efficient. He saw me as an emergency case during Lockdown and I can't tell you how grateful I am, I could hardly see out of my old glasses! I woke up yesterday morning with a vision problem that I suspected might be a detached retina. I called the Orpington Eye Centre and got an appointment same day. Mr Patel examined me and confirmed my worst fears. He immediately called the hospital and I was seen at Kings College first thing this morning. I’m booked in for surgery on Friday. I want to thank Mr Patel for his diagnosis and for seeing me and referring me so quickly. Your eyesight is so important, so it’s great to know you have a good team behind you. The important takeaway is that if you suffer any vision problems or a change in your vision don’t waste time, go and see your optician as quickly as possible as time is of the essence.
