The whole experience from booking an appointment, through the eye test, to selecting and finally picking up my new prescription spectacles has been highly professional, courteous and friendly. I have worn spectacles for over 60 years and the eye test was probably the most thorough I have ever had and no time was spared discussing my sight and needs with the optician and dispensing optician. I have just changed to this optician from one of the chains. Very calm and thorough treatment. I felt confident. I could not transfer from my wheelchair to the seat but my eyes were tested while I remained in my chair so this was not a problem. Good selection of frames. I am happy to have changed. Parking is easier too.
