    Another well organised appointment by Orpington Eyecare with friendly and engaging staff saw the delivery and fitting of 2 out of 3 glasses recently ordered. The 3rd pair didn’t pass their quality control due to a chip on one of the lenses provided by the manufacturer - so it was sent back for replacement which I am due to receive in the next week or so. This is how customer service should be 🙂👍

    Lovely practice with superb professional Optician and Staff to support. I really love the personal touch of the practice eg they know who all the clients are and by name, other chains do not have that. And because they are independent, their treatment offerings are quick different too. You never feel rushed either. I would recommend to any one and wouldn’t go back to a chain again.
